CBI books lawyer Anand Grover and his NGO over foreign funding

CBI has booked advocate Anand Grover and his NGO Lawyers Collective for allegedly violating the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. The agency added sections of the act in the FIR after receiving a complaint against the NGO from Home Ministry. The FIR also named unknown private persons and public servants under IPC sections dealing with forgery, cheating and criminal conspiracy.
