CBI finds secret bank account linked to Smart City ex-CFO

The CBI has unearthed a secret bank account of Chandigarh Smart City Limited (CSCL) which was never listed in official handover records. Arrested former CFO Nalini Malik is the authorised signatory for the account, with her personal mobile number and personal email ID registered with the account for transaction alerts and banking communication.
