CBSE blocked own power to blacklist Coempt for OSM blunder, may only fine it: Report

CBSE awarded the tender for developing the On-Screen Marking (OSM) portal to Coempt EduTeck in December, weeks after it blocked its own power to blacklist firms for deficiencies in service, Hindustan Times reported. Therefore, despite nationwide outrage, CBSE will only be able to fine the Hyderabad-based company. CBSE accepted that its OSM portal has flaws on Sunday.
