CBSE foils 3.8 million packet cyberattack on re-valuation portal

CBSE on Wednesday said it had thwarted a 3.8 million packet denial-of-service cyberattack targeting its website. Earlier the board reported a major cyberattack that generated around 15 lakh hits in just two minutes and over one lakh attempts at unauthorised file access. CBSE further added that it had accepted over 56,000 applications for re-evaluation and verification as of Wednesday.
