CCI approves Adani Group acquiring stake in ITD Cementation

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Adani Group’s acquisition of up to 72.64 percent stake in ITD Cementation Limited. The stake reportedly includes more than 8 crore shares and the acquisition is expected to cost about ₹5,757 crore. ITD Cementation India Ltd is known for procurement and construction work in India.
