CCI clears Mankind Pharma's ₹13,630cr acquisition of Bharat Serums

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Mankind Pharma's proposal to buy Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV) for ₹13,630 crore. Mankind announced its plans to buy a 100% stake in BSV from Advent International in July. BSV reported revenue of ₹1,723 crore in FY24 with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 28%.
