CCI closes abuse of dominance case against 12 Delhi-NCR hospitals

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has closed a 10-year-old abuse of dominance case against 12 super-speciality hospitals in Delhi-NCR over allegations of charging excessive prices for rooms, tests, and medicines. The CCI ruled that there was no abuse of dominant position. The hospitals include BLK Max, Sir Ganga Ram, Indraprastha Apollo, Batra Hospital, and St Stephen's Hospital.
