CCI has no proof against Amazon, Flipkart offering deep discounts: Karnataka HC

The Karnataka High Court has said that the Competition Commission of India's claim that Amazon and Flipkart entered into exclusive deals with smartphone manufacturers were based on allegations. CCI had ordered an investigation against the e-commerce platforms after a complaint by Delhi Vyapar Mahasangh alleging practices such as deep discounts. Amazon said the probe was 'untenable in law'.
