CCI rejects complaint against Eternal over platform fees & pricing

CCI has dismissed a complaint against Eternal (Zomato) alleging abuse of dominance through excessive platform fees, higher menu prices and drip pricing. The regulator said price differences between restaurants and online delivery platforms reflect different business models. It also noted that additional charges such as delivery fees, taxes and platform fees are disclosed before orders are placed.
