CCPA issues notice to Ola Electric for consumer rights violation after Kamra's criticism

Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) issued a show-cause notice to Bhavish Aggarwal-led Ola Electric for alleged consumer rights violation, misleading advertisement and unfair trade practices. This comes after comedian Kunal Kamra criticised the startup's customer service, following which a feud began between him and Aggarwal. CCPA has given Ola Electric 15 days to respond to its notice.
