CCPA issues notices to 6 e-marketplaces over sale of GPS jammers

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) issued notices to six e-commerce platforms over the listing and sale of restricted drone and GPS jammers on Friday. The CCPA observed that the online listings misled consumers about the legality of buying such devices and did not provide information about valid approvals. The businesses have been directed to discontinue such listings.
