CCTV captures masked gunmen killing Shimla school administrator

CCTV footage showing the fatal shooting of Shimla school administrator Meenakshi Mittal has surfaced online, revealing two masked men opening fire before fleeing. Police said Mittal was shot three times in the head. Two alleged shooters have been arrested and remanded to seven days' police custody.
