CCTV footage shows Indian man being shot dead with AK-47 in Uganda

CCTV footage has shown the murder of Indian banking professional Uttam Bhandari in Uganda. The 39-year-old was shot dead from close range with an AK-47 by an off-duty police constable, following an argument over a loan repayment. The accused has been identified as 30-year-old Ivan Wabwire, who had an unpaid loan of over 2.1 million shillings (₹46,000) to his name.
