CCTV footage shows man & woman dumping society cat in plastic bag

Residents in a Kharghar housing society were shocked after CCTV footage allegedly showed a person placing a community cat in a plastic bag and abandoning her. The cat was cared for by locals for a long time. A complaint has been filed with police as residents search for the missing animal and demand strict action against alleged cruelty case continues.
