CCTV shows shopkeeper’s split-second escape from Delhi PG collapse

A dramatic CCTV video shows a Delhi shopkeeper making a miraculous split-second escape moments before a five-storey PG hostel collapsed in Satya Niketan. The man was sitting outside his shop when the building suddenly gave way. He sprang to his feet and sprinted away, narrowly escaping a massive wave of concrete, rubble and dust that engulfed the street.
