CCTV was never off, nobody was beaten up: Bengal CEO on Mamata Banerjee's assault claims

Referring to West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's allegations that she was manhandled at counting centre, West Bengal Chief Electoral Officer Manoj Kumar Agarwal said, "CCTV camera was never off...Nobody was beaten up." He added, "Such things never happen...If at all it happens, a complaint is filed and FIR is lodged. Neither a complaint was received nor was an FIR lodged."
