Blocked Sites like Facebook,twitter to open in China

According to Hong Kong newspaper South China Morning Post, websites (Facebook, Twitter) deemed sensitive and blocked by the Chinese government, will be accessible in a planned free-trade zone in Shanghai. Previously blocked in mid-2009 following deadly riots that authorities say were abetted by social networking sites, these are being unblocked with a view to make foreigners "feel like at home".
