Ceigall India signed a concession agreement with NHAI for a ₹603 crore highway project in Punjab through its SPV. The 10.3 km project will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) model with an 18-month construction period and a 15-year operation and maintenance tenure. FIIs increased their stake to 3.14% in March 2026.
