SpiceJet told NCLT that the carrier's dispute with aircraft lessor Celestial Aviation is "practically settled" and only formalities remain. SpiceJet said it has already made some payments and urged NCLT to adjourn the case, following which the case was adjourned to April. Celestial Aviation said they've received payments but SpiceJet missed some agreed-upon payment deadlines.
