Censor Board refuses certification to film on 1975 Emergency

The Kerala office of the Censor Board has denied certification to the film '21 Months of Hell', a docu-fiction based on the torture methods used by the police during the Emergency in India in 1975. The film's director Yadu Vijayakrishnan said that he was told his film contains violence, disrespects Indira Gandhi, Mahatma Gandhi and the national flag.
