Central govt simplifies KYC compliance for Directors, LLP Partners

Centre has simplified KYC compliance norms for directors and Limited Liability Partnership. Directors holding a DIN as of 31st March of a financial year shall now be required to file Form DIR-3 KYC Web once every third consecutive financial year, on or before June 30. Meanwhile, Form DIR-3-KYC and DIR-3-KYC-Web have been substituted with single unified Form DIR-3 KYC Web.
