Centre allowed Pulwama attack for PM's LS polls victory: Abdullah

Ex-Jammu and Kashmir CM Farooq Abdullah alleged that the Centre knew about the Pulwama terror attack, but allowed it to happen so that PM Narendra Modi could win 2019 general elections. His comment came after the state government banned civilian traffic for 2-day/week on Jammu-Srinagar national highway. Authorities must lift the ban before there's more "bloodshed" in Kashmir, Abdullah added.
