Centre approves electronics manufacturing cluster in Chhattisgarh

The Centre has approved an electronics manufacturing cluster in Chhattisgarh's Rajnandgoan under the EMC 2.0 scheme. The cluster is expected to attract more than ₹3,000 crore in investment and nearly 9,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities. The Union government has sanctioned financial assistance of ₹210.5 crore towards the project, which has a total estimated cost of ₹432 crore.
