Centre issues notice over Moosewala's brother born through IVF, flags age limit

Union Health Ministry issued a notice to Punjab government after late singer Sidhu Moosewala's 58-year-old mother gave birth to a baby via IVF. The notice dated March 14 flagged the age limit of 21-50 years for women conceiving babies through Assisted Reproductive Treatment (ART) services. Moosewala's father Balkaur Singh alleged 'harassment' by Punjab government over documents of the child.
