Centre launches ‘DIP’ and ‘Chakshu’ platforms to curb cybercrime

The Department of Telecommunications has launched its DIP and Chakshu facility to combat cybercrime and financial fraud. The Digital Intelligence Platform (DIP) is an integrated platform for real-time intelligence sharing, information exchange, and stakeholder coordination. Chakshu facilitates citizens to report suspected fraud communication received over call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
