Centre will decide: Delhi HC rejects plea for NIA probe into CJP protest

The Delhi High Court refused to entertain a PIL seeing an NIA probe into the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP)-led march to Parliament on July 20. The court said it was for the Centre, not the judiciary, to refer a case to the NIA for investigation. Citing the NIA Act, 2008, it said courts cannot substitute Centre in such decisions.
