CEO was unavailable for over 45 days: Fino Payments Bank

Fino Payments Bank, in an exchange filing, informed that its Managing Director and CEO Rishi Gupta has been unavailable to perform his role for over 45 days. The bank said this was due to a pending reassessment of his "fit and proper" status by the board of directors. Gupta was earlier arrested by the DGGI for violations in GST law.
