CG Power signing asset purchase agreement with Renesas Electronic

Shares of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd rose 2% after signing $36 million asset purchase agreement with Renesas Electronics America Inc. for its Radio Frequency Components business. This acquisition will allow the company to enter the semiconductor design sector, expected to be finalized in six months.
