C’garh govt won’t arrest Nandini Sundar without SC notice

The Chhattisgarh government has apprised the Supreme Court that it won't arrest and investigate Delhi University professor Nandini Sundar in the alleged murder of a tribal man without the top court’s permission. The government will give a four-week advance notice to Sundar and five others before proceeding against them. A tribal villager was murdered in Sukma district on November 4.
