Chahal gets 177% IPL salary hike, becomes most expensive spinner in auction history

Leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has become the most expensive spinner in the history of IPL auction. The 34-year-old has been bought by PBKS for ₹18 crore. He has received a salary hike of nearly 177% as his previous IPL salary was ₹6.5 crore. He was released by RR ahead of the IPL mega auction.
