Chairman of K'taka Public Service Commission suspended for 2nd time in over a month

Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot has suspended Karnataka Public Service Commission Chairman Shivashankarappa S Sahukar on the "aid and advice of State Cabinet". Sahukar allegedly facilitated illegal selection of his daughters as Industrial Extension Officers using manipulated OBC and income certificates. Karnataka High Court quashed his July suspension as it lacked the said "aid and advice".
