Chairman tries to kill his MD to take over company & avoid repaying ₹32 cr in Maharashtra

GSM Foils Chairman Sagar Bhanusali has been arrested for attempting to kill the company's MD, Mohansingh Parmar, in Maharashtra. Bhanusali had persuaded Parmar to buy his GSM Foils stake and received ₹32 crore before he planned to shoot Parmar dead, take over the company's control and avoid repaying the money. Bhanusali had also suffered heavy losses in international stock markets.
