Challenge accepted: Tech Mahindra CEO as Altman says 'hopeless' to compete with OpenAI

Tech Mahindra CEO CP Gurnani tweeted, "Dear Sam Altman, from one CEO to another...Challenge accepted," after the OpenAI CEO said it's "hopeless" for Indian companies to compete with them. Altman, who was in India earlier this week, said Indian companies can't compete with OpenAI on training a foundation model like ChatGPT, adding that "it's your job to like try anyway".
