Chambal dacoit's grandson cracks IIT, clears UPSC & now works in Railway Ministry

Dev Prabhakar Singh Tomar, the grandson of a dacoit from Madhya Pradesh’s Chambal region, cracked the JEE exam to get into IIT Ropar, subsequently getting a job in Netherlands. Then, he left his job and cleared the UPSC exam, securing AIR 629. Dev was selected for the Indian Railway Traffic Service and is currently serving in the Ministry of Railways.
