Champat Rai knew about Ram Temple theft before it became public: Trust official

Ayodhya Ram Mandir Trust Treasurer Govind Dev Giri claimed that ex-general secretary Champat Rai was aware of the alleged donation theft at temple before the issue surfaced on social media. Giri described Rai as a "spotless" individual, saying he had no intention of protecting anyone involved in alleged theft. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav had earlier raised the issue on X.
