Chandigarh becomes fully literate under ULLAS, 15,000 pass FLNAT

Chandigarh has achieved a historic milestone by attaining the status of a fully literate union territory under the Understanding of Lifelong Learning for All in Society (ULLAS) – Nav Bharat Saksharta Karyakram. Around 15,000 learners appeared for and qualified the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test (FLNAT) conducted under ULLAS in September this year.
