Chandigarh couple booked for taking ₹5 lakh loan in neighbour's name

A couple in Chandigarh were booked for taking a ₹5 lakh loan in their neighbour's name. The complainant, Rekha Rani, said the couple took out the loan under the garb of opening a bank account for her child. She found out about the loan after a bank employee came to her house and asked about a missed payment.
