Chandigarh EOW registers fraud case over Croatia property deal

Chandigarh's Economic Offences Wing (EOW) has registered a case under IPC Sections 120-B, 406, and 420 against three city residents after four investors alleged fraud involving a luxury villa and agricultural land in Croatia. Complaints cited irregularities in property transfer, misuse of power of attorney, rental income diversion, and loans raised against assets without investors' consent.
