Chandigarh panel orders attachment of builder's project to recover ₹14.5 lakh

The State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandigarh, ordered attachment of Sushma Grande NXT project in Zirakpur to recover ₹14.5 lakh from Sushma Buildtech Limited. The move follows the builder's failure to comply with earlier directions on flat possession and compensation. The Mohali deputy commissioner has been directed to submit a compliance report by December 9.
