Channel said they'll shut 'Yeh Rishta..': Rajan on replacing Hina

'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' producer Rajan Shahi said his decision to replace Hina Khan, when she decided to quit in 2016, was met with objection from the channel. "I was told by the channel that they will shut the show if I change this lead," said Rajan, adding, "I changed the lead. I said, 'Tell me now...shut the show'."
