Char Dham Yatra suspended for 2 days amid rain alerts in U'khand

The Char Dham Yatra was suspended from the afternoon of September 26 to September 27 in view of red and orange rain alerts issued by the IMD for most districts of Uttarakhand. This comes as several parts of Uttarakhand received light to heavy rainfall. Meanwhile, light to moderate snowfall was reported at Hemkund Sahib in Chamoli district on Saturday.
