Char Dham yatra to resume in Apr, Kedarnath restricted

The Char Dham (Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamunotri and Gangotri) Yatra, barring the Kedarnath shrine, will fully open in April-May and continue till October. Kedarnath, which was devastated by flashfloods last year, will receive a restricted number of pilgrims. "The Kedarnath route is not an easy one and therefore we will continue to restrict the numbers of visitors," officials said.
