Character assassination by own husband: HC as man humiliates wife over old relationship pics

Jharkhand High Court dissolved a marriage after finding that a woman was subjected to mental cruelty by her husband, who humiliated her over photographs from a relationship she had before the wedding. The court said, "It's nothing but...wife's character assassination...by her own husband." The woman alleged her husband copied the photos from her phone and threatened to post them online.
