Chargesheet filed against 7 for beating Manipuri musician to death in Delhi

Delhi Police have filed a chargesheet against seven people for the alleged mob lynching of Manipuri musician Chongtham Vikram Singh in September. He was allegedly beaten to death after he objected to loud noise outside his house. The chargesheet has been filed under sections of criminal conspiracy, murder by a group of five or more people, and house trespass.
