Charles Darwin's signed manuscript sells for record ₹7.2 crore

A piece of paper that contains Charles Darwin's definitive summation of his theory of natural selection and bears his autograph has been sold for over ₹7.2 crore. It has set a new auction record for a Darwin manuscript, Sotheby's said. It is the "most significant autograph manuscript from Charles Darwin to ever come to auction", the auction house added.
