BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha on Friday called Congress President Rahul Gandhi a "charming leader" who has "improved tremendously with maturity in a short span." Praising a speech given by Rahul, Sinha added, "His responses were with facts and quite impressive... He is high on confidence especially after his party won 3 states in the recently concluded elections."
