OpenAI's deal with US Department of War increased ChatGPT's mobile app uninstalls in the US by 295% day-over-day on February 28, reports said. The one-star rating also jumped 775% on the same day, while the five-star rating plummeted by 50%. Rival Claude climbed to the top of US App Store charts because its developer, Anthropic, refused a similar military deal.
