ChatGPT tells CEO how to update his house, helps sell his ₹8-crore home for ₹9 crore in US

Consulting firm ComOps' CEO Robert Levine said he used ChatGPT for selling his Florida home. ChatGPT helped him in pricing the property, marketing, drafting the sale contract, and even suggested he repaint certain walls "to get biggest returns on investment". Levine said he sold the house in five days for ₹9 crore, ₹1 crore more than real estate agents' quotations.
