ChatGPT to soon redirect users to help if they show extremist tendencies

A New Zealand-based firm is developing a support tool to redirect ChatGPT and Claude users to help if they showcase extremist tendencies. Such users will be directed towards human and chatbot-based de-radicalisation support. This comes amid a growing number of lawsuits accusing AI companies of failing to stop and enabling violence.
