Chandigarh Housing Board to decide on Delhi-model flat changes on Nov 3

The Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) Board of Directors will meet on November 3 to decide on regularising need-based modifications in over 65,000 flats, based on Delhi's DDA model. The Urban Planning Department has raised objections to structural changes, particularly backyard room constructions, citing violations of Chandigarh Master Plan norms.
